Refunds & returns.

Each piece is printed to order, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, a change of mind, or an unwanted item. Please review the size chart and fit notes before ordering.

If your order arrives misprinted, defective, damaged in transit, or as the wrong item, we'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund.

Email us at hello@godfavor.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the issue (and of the label, if the size is wrong), and a short description. Most claims are settled with photos alone. If we need the item back, we'll send instructions. Please don't return anything without our approval first.

If the carrier loses your package, contact us at hello@godfavor.co and we'll arrange a reshipment.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Your bank may need extra time to post the refund.

Orders can only be canceled before production begins.
