1. Products
Items are printed to order. Colors may look different on your screen, and sun-fade washed pieces vary slightly by design.
2. Pricing and availability
Prices are in USD and may change. We may correct pricing errors and may cancel or refuse an order (with a full refund) at our discretion.
3. Orders and payment
Payment is processed through Shopify checkout. An order is accepted when it is confirmed by email.
4. Shipping, returns, and refunds
These are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refunds & Returns Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The GODFAVR name, logos, designs, images, and site content belong to GODFAVR and may not be copied or used without permission.
6. Use of the site
Don't misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful.
7. Disclaimer
The site and products are provided "as is," to the extent the law allows.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
